The Nano Water Repellent Coating is a colorless, transparent, non-toxic, non-flammable liquid product designed for moisture, humidity, and corrosion protection. It complies with EU testing standards and chemical safety inspection standards. The coating exhibits excellent adhesion to various substrates, including PCB circuit boards. Once cured, it forms a nano-scale film on the surface of the PCB, providing an ultra-hydrophobic effect that prevents water exposure, moisture absorption, and corrosion from acids, alkalis, and salts. This helps to extend the lifespan of electronic products.
Depending on the required level of waterproofing and moisture protection, coatings with varying concentrations and formulations are available. The coating effectively blocks water vapor, salt spray, and acid-base corrosion, ensuring protection for circuit boards.
